Bradley J. Prochaska Founder

Bradley J. Prochaska is the founding partner of Prochaska, Howell & Prochaska LLC. He is the former president of the Kansas Association for Justice, and a longstanding member of the Leaders Forum of the American Association for Justice. He was also the national co-chairman of the Birth Trauma Litigation Group, and is currently the national co-chairman of the Professional Negligence Group.

Brad founded our Wichita personal injury law firm in 1985. He quickly developed a reputation for winning the tough cases other lawyers turned down, especially medical malpractice cases. Consequently, PGH’s caseload grew rapidly. The five-attorney firm now handles cases from all over Kansas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Missouri, and the Kansas City metro area.

Brad’s clients are typically victims of catastrophic injuries. His goal is to obtain maximum justice and full compensation for each one of his clients. Brad’s mother-in-law died from medical malpractice, so he knows first-hand how devastating it can be on the lives of victims and their families. Brad litigates only a few large cases a year, in order to devote the time necessary to obtain the best results for each client.

Bradley J. Prochaska treats every client with friendship and respect, and they put their trust and faith into Brad’s talents.  He has settled 6 medical malpractice cases in Kansas for over $4 million each. It’s at track record that no other Kansas lawyer has achieved.
